As the CEO and founder of Modarts Management, LLC, I bring over 20 years of experience in managing cultural projects, artists, and performances from around the globe. My journey began in Dakar, Senegal, where I developed a deep appreciation for African arts and culture, which has since been my passion and professional focus. Now based in Indianapolis, I’m dedicated to promoting African music, visual arts, and performing arts throughout the Midwest, ensuring that these rich cultural expressions are appreciated by new audiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with artists at various stages of their careers, helping them navigate the complexities of the art world, while also finding the best platforms for their work. My expertise lies in artist management, bookings, concert production, and exhibition organization, having successfully coordinated major cultural events globally. I believe in a personalized approach, working closely with each artist to understand their vision and ensuring that their craft is celebrated in the best possible light.

At Modarts, my mission is to create meaningful connections between African artists and U.S. audiences, offering platforms that highlight the incredible diversity and creativity of African culture. My goal is to continue building Indianapolis as a cultural hub for African arts, fostering greater appreciation and engagement in the Midwest through innovative management and event production.
